Twitting and getting back on social networks...

Hi... I'm now taking a course on food production and is all in English, so I'm now writing in English everywhere as it is here now.
I got a twitter now and I'm updating all that I do about food all the time I can. My twitter is @copeirodeluxo

And so I'm back to this blog too, writing less than my first idea about this but posting about the experiences I make along.

Today it's sunday and I got yesterday my mini-convectional-oven and I need to do anything with it.
I made a Baked Fruity Autumn Galette, crossing two recipes that I found. One I found last year at the same period that were passing thru now, in a BBC magazine, and the other in "blue Cooking" nr.51 that is published in Portugal.

The photos I took are on flickr.

The recipe is very simple, you almost only need the fruits and the "massa quebrada" that is a dough name that I don't know how to translate.

So, you stretch the dough until it gets thin enough for you work on, and put on the center the fruits on pieces already mixed with some icing sugar, flour, lemon juice and spices (cinnamon for example). The quantities is more or less like 150 G of icing sugar, 3 spoons of flour and half of a lemon juice for 500 to 600 G of fruit.

It's very simple and you can present it in many ways...

Edit: Let it becomes cold to a better flavour... Be aware of the quantity of spices because of that ; )
